Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates We ship within the United States only.

Carriers We work with multiple carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. The carrier assigned to your shipment will depend on your location and order details.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
